  • If your property is less than 2 M and, in the Market, value will reach 2 M we can request for Evaluation.
  • You must be in the UAE while applying.
  • For Married couples can share property but need a certified marriage certificate attested in Arabic.

  3. photo.
  4. passport cover copy.
  5. Entry visa or Residence visa.
