What types of property residency are available?

There are several types of property residency, including:

  • 2-Year Property Investor Residency

  • 5-Year Retirement Residency

  • 10-Year Property Owner Residency (Golden Visa)

What are the requirements to obtain a 10-year property investor residency?

If you own a property in Dubai with a value of AED 2 million or more, you are eligible to apply for the Golden Visa.

 

Can I apply while outside the UAE?

You may submit the application, but procedures cannot be completed until you enter the UAE to undergo:

  • Medical examination

  • Immigration approval

  • Emirates ID biometrics

Can a property investor sponsor children?
